87.06.457 Retrofit - Construction The building is in a rapid state of decline and needs to be addressed. Project Description

Make modifications to the existing building to reclaim use as warehouse storage facility for WCBOE. Close up windows, re-secure spaces, address asbestos and remove lead paint to reclaim space. Add minimum space heating.
