64.061.97 Special Initiatives - Code Compliance Continuation of our program to upgrade and address regulatory problems and/or code compliance issues in our buildings as required on an ongoing basis. Issues such as: OSHA, Fire and Life Safety, Environmental, Waste Water Treatment Plant Regulations, and Indoor Air Quality issues. Due to the discontinuation of the School Construction Savings Funds it is becoming increasingly important to address various capital renewal and requirement projects as a way to address deferred maintenance
Project Description
The funds would be used for various safety, compliance & regulatory issues as part of a comprehensive capital renewal program so as to bring our buildings into compliance and to address unsafe conditions as they exist.
