14.06.346 Systemic Renovation - HVAC In 2021, the existing HVAC equipment will have been in service for 35 years and will have out lived its useful lifespan.

Project Description

The project includes the systemic replacement of approximately 28 above ceiling heat pump units and various AHU's. Replacement of the units will allow for continued operation of the school's HVAC system utilizing a more energy efficient model.

Project Notes

The cooling tower had to be replaced in the spring of 2014, this bought some time. CNTY: -Approved a portion of the project in FY2015 CIP STATE: -Deferred in FY 15 due to fiscal constraints. Gym and Cafe AHU's replaced in 2017 due to failure.
