Facility Needs

10.10.550 Retrofit - Multiple Systemics As part of the design to incorporate a secure vestibule to the school, the admin suite is now going to be relocated to the previously funded therapy tank renovated space. The existing admin space can now be renovated to add instructional space to the school. Project Description Renovate the existing admin suite to instructional space.

10.11.561 Site - Paving / Parking Lots Front lot is not fully paved. Project Description Pave front lot.

10.06.416 Systemic Renovation - Elevators / Conveying The existing elevator will exceed 35 years in age in 2016 and is due for a major upgrade so that it can remain safely in operation.

Project Description Project would upgrade or replace the existing elevator.

10.06.430 Systemic Renovation - HVAC The existing mechanical systems in areas B and E have outlived their useful lives.

Project Description Develop plans and begin work to replace the boiler, heat pumps and other mechanical systems and equipment that serve areas B through E. Upgrade and expand the energy management and building system controls.
