10.06.399 Systemic Renovation - Lighting Systems Lighting systems and ceilings have passed their useful life. Upgrades are needed in order to provide adequate lighting levels and additional operational efficiencies. Project Description Upgrade lighting fixtures in areas A through F and associated ceilings that have exceeded their useful lives. Project includes electrical service upgrades and branch wiring as required to accommodate new lighting.

10.13.562 Systemic Renovation - Plumbing Toilet rooms in the East-Wing lack defined usages and proper separation. Project Description Study options to remedy the situation. Funding is for the study only.

10.13.569 Systemic Renovation - Plumbing The fixtures, finishes, accessories and partitions in the toilet rooms have either already reached or will be reaching the end of their life cycle, which necessitates replacement. Project Description Renovate existing toilet rooms. Analyze toilet rooms for accessibility.

10.06.398 Systemic Renovation - Security and/or Fire Alarm The existing fire alarm system has reached the end of its useful life.

Project Description The existing fire alarm is beyond it's useful life for areas A, B, C, D & F and needs upgrading and partial replacement. Project includes the necessary electrical upgrades required as well as integration with new security installations. 10.06.476 Systemic Renovation - Windows / Doors/ Hdwr The existing aluminum windows and exterior storefront systems with associated metal facing panels where applicable will be over 30 years old in 2020 and are due for replacement. Project Description Project includes new insulated, energy efficient windows and storefront/metal facing and associated masonry repairs required for installation in areas A - F.
