45.06.431 Systemic Renovation - Plumbing Domestic water piping is clogged with mineral deposits and is well beyond its useful life. Project Description Additional investigation is needed to see if cleaning the piping is an option or if it will require a full replacement. 45.06.461 Systemic Renovation - Windows / Doors/ Hdwr The existing doors and associated storefront systems (Areas A through C) with associated metal facing panels where applicable have far exceeded the 30 year life cycle and are due for replacement. Project Description Project includes new insulated energy efficient storefront, doors and associated masonry repairs required for installation.
